Collection: Full beef cow

Approximately 525-550 lbs of meat.  You may customize the specific cuts, but usually it yields about 200 lb of hamburger and 350 lbs of steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, tenderloin, etc.  The butcher will give you a specific cut sheet.  The cost is $4200 for the live animal plus $200 for the slaughter fee paid to Table Rock Ranch. Then $595 due to the butcher for the cut and wrap.  This averages about $9 lb total.   (We sell our grass fed steaks for $15. lb at local farmer's markets.)
